In the Kaqquru Firmament, there are various kingdoms around with some high-tech environments. However, there are lesser villages that were under constant threat from the encroaching reign of Emperor Ewald Laeken II and his rampant colonization. One target was the village of Charani. Two of it's citizens involve local Tuule Vespera and the exiled prince Koralo Zomaya-Malkea. The people have to defend their village alongside three individuals from Earth: an actor Waverly Arlington, Jr., his librarian wife Seble, and their mutual activist friend Elijah Whitebull. They are drawn in to this dangerous plot as they have to save Charani.
