Neighborhood paperboy Shaun White dreams of the finer things in life.  However, with mischief in his blood and kleptomania gnawing at his soul, priorities tend to slide in favor of the nightly s#it show.  As he lives in the top neighborhood in the city for delinquent behavior and shenanigans, any offer for mischief is an offer he can't refuse.  Further complicating matters is that he has less than a year until he leaves for a place that is far less elegant.  Thus, the clock is ticking for this vice loaded paperboy to move on up and make his unforgettable mark on the neighborhood.

With the local hot girl now accepting resumes, getting his own to the top of the pile isn't going to be easy.  Carelessly boasting her finer points to an unscrupulous associate ends up backfiring and squares him off against said associate.  Now, this paperboy must navigate himself between making an impression, staving off an adversary, and keeping his delinquent urges under wraps.  With a never-ending stream of calamity, this paperboy soon finds himself a whole lot further up the creek than he ever intended.  Will he succeed in his quest for the high life?  Or will he turn out to be another one of life's laughable casualties?
