Private Brian Campbell is ordered to relocate to a fort somewhere in the west. A Private of the union army, he's serving with the utmost pride and honor. However, after almost two years on the front lines, he's also exhausted by having to spend his whole time trying to survive. So, his relocation coincides with a time for changes. After getting to the fort, wanting to celebrate their time off, Brian and his company visit a saloon. There, Brian meets Jane. Jane is a saloon dancer, a woman who tries to seduce men with her passionate dancing. 
What happens when those two people meet? And what will happen between them when a great opportunity is presented to Brian, an opportunity that entangles his sense of duty with his love for Jane?
