Female workers' contribution towards economic and social development has been recognized in many parts of the world. Female workers have several roles to play as a worker, a mother, a wife and a daughter to their parents, so how would these female workers perform their tasks and responsibilities effectively and efficiently? Interestingly, despite their multiple responsibilities, in some business organizations, some female workers are admired for their high performance. There may be some reasons or factors that have influenced female employees' work performance. The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality, organizational climate, motivation, personal engagement and job performance among female workforce in Malaysia.
