"A moral compass" is an autobiography that takes you through the dysfunctional life of a schizo-affective person from around the age of thirteen to the mid-thirties. This book covers such issues as spousal abuse, drug abuse, it's after effects, and abortion. It is told in the first person and might help family members of people with mental illness to understand the illness better. The settings of this person's life range from the oil fields of Texas to the mountains of Utah, where they spent some time as a Christian living around Mormons. "A moral compass" is a short read and to the point, I hope the reader finds it informative as well as thought provoking.
