My name is Leslie Anne Brennemann, and my mom was a kind and generous woman as an adult, quiet and religious. There were no indications, when I was growing up, that she was such a big part of history, even the rest of our family was in the dark about it. She was not a spy, or a ninja, or some kind of superhero, she had just graduated high school and started her first job far away from home. Just like me, she didn't fit in.
