Nancy-Lou Patterson taught at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, for thirty years. She was not only an active artist, poet, and fiction writer, she also published extensively on the Inklings and authors associated with them. Her book reviews provide an extraordinary history of mythopoeic scholarship from 1975 through 2001.
