Waves & Ripples is the author's successful conquering of the demons of his traumatic past through writing short stories and poems. The first third of the book shares insights into the author's background and lifelong struggles with mental illness, and his recent struggle with repressed memories of childhood trauma. The latter two-thirds of the book shares original shorts and poems by Rusty Hunt.
