Life is full of mystery. As parents, it can be challenging to explain a concept in the proper way that a child will understand at their level. But any information the child is taking in at this stage can be one of the most important influences that paves their thinking into the future. I like to think of it as a seed that is planted that has the potential to grow branches as the child is seeking more knowledge of the world around them. One of the subjects that I found most difficult to discuss with my daughter Emily is the concept of death. This book was written in the hopes of helping the next parent that is struggling to find the words to explain the concept of death.
