《中國當代詩歌經典選讀》選取新中國成立以來到20世紀90年代的當代詩人的詩歌作品進行「點讀」，試圖以感性的方式接觸一些作家的作品，進行貼近心靈的解讀。想隨讀者一起漫步，觀瞻一個「有機」的詩史。這些「點讀」可能是作者在閱讀被感發下的二次創作，難免有過度闡釋，而我們保留這樣的面貌供讀者感受，就是因為我們都是在漫步，漫步的感受浮想聯翩，可能會流於浮誇，但那傳神的一心相映，也許會形成我們對歷史更真實的理解！
