This unlikely band defeats hired killers but then must hide their victory out of fear of retribution from the seemingly omnipotent and utterly evil cartel. At the same time, we are also seeing the events through the eyes of a young man born into a crime family, who is beginning to question his destiny, and for whom a chance meeting may offer a better way to the future.
