An attractive 19 year old girl is found dead just outside her apartment building one morning, following a fierce driving rainstorm. The next day, her killer, proclaiming himself as The King of Diamonds, publicly taunts the police force, promising that more young beautiful women will die, and dares them to try to stop him.
