Hindi, the primary language of India and the Bollywood film industry is spoken by more than 500 million people. This book teaches Standard Hindi as spoken in the capital of India New Delhi. The book consists of Beginner and Elementary courses with parallel Hindi-English texts. The author maintains learners' motivation with funny stories about real life situations such as meeting people, studying, job searches, working etc. The ALARM method utilize natural human ability to remember words used in texts repeatedly and systematically. The author composed each chapter using words explained in previous chapters only. The second and the following chapters of the Beginner course have about 30 new words each.
