This book is a reflection of the many changes in my life. My father was in Dunkirk and returned home just before I was born. He suffered from PTSD as a result of what he experienced in the war. No emotional support was given to returning service personnel after the war. From leaving school to this present time, we have moved several times due to changes in circumstances. We have rented privately for over forty-four years. Some residencies were short-term; others for several years. Our two daughters went to at least eleven schools each. They have made great achievements in their academic and working lives of which we are proud. During my working life, I have been a dressmaker and tailor. I have enjoyed my position of caring for the elderly. Prayer is important in my life.
