Studying for and sitting examinations can be a very challenging and stressful experience for all of us, including "star" students. Because we want to give our very best and to perform well on the day, it is entirely normal to feel anxious or nervous. That is why it is important to develop sufficient levels of confidence, without being over confident or too complacent, minimize the nerves and enable us to do ourselves justice. To help you become confident at exams and achieve your highest possible grades two things are essential: 1. Firstly acquiring good study habits and skills, throughout the academic year, and 2. Developing techniques for keeping calm and confident just before and during exams.
