The Moria's nests, source of Skye's shining metallic thread, are being stolen and the thieves must be stopped. Archer and Aradia travel through a nearby jungle to find and return the precious thread but instead are kidnapped and escorted to a city of impossible illusions.

After an unbelievable canoe ride through white water, Archer and Aradia meet the master of the illusions and his wife, people from Archer's youth. Not only is the reunion a happy surprise, Archer discovers the missing thread isn't the reason for the journey ... he's come to find a precious gift from his father and grandfather.
