He needs the help of his reluctant brother Daniel, a neurosurgeon, to create the most state of the art prosthetics ever imagined. But Daniel is too busy trying to have a normal life and even a wife. Unfortunately for Daniel, Cliff's isn't about to let anything get in the way of his cyborg dreams.
