This edition of the Arizona Annotated Revised Statutes contains the entire Arizona Revised Statutes as amended through the first regular and special session of the Fifty-fifth Legislature, 2021.

The general efective date for legislation enacted in the Fifty-Fifth Legislature's first regular session is September 29, 2021.

The 2021-2022 Arizona Annotated Revised Statutes also include the Constitution of Arizona, a Table of Sections Affected, and a General Index. Other features include an easy-to-read format, case annotations alongside the statutes to which they pertain, session law citations for recent legislative history, amendment notes, editor's notes providing the user with additional information about some legislation, and other helpful information.

This edition replaces the 2020-2021 edition in its entirety. It is compiled in twenty-five volumes with a separate volume for the index. A Table of Contents for the entire set appears in V1. A Table of Contents also precedes each title and chapter.
