Jacob Dreams of The Ladder To Heaven
On his way to the city of Haron, fleeing from his brother Essau, Jacob crossed a lonely wilderness. He dreamed of angels going up and down the stairs leading to heaven. At the top of the stairs was the Lord, who told him that he would give him the land on which he was sleeping.
I am the lord God of your Grandfather, Abraham and your father Isaac. I will give you the land on which you are sleeping. Your children will be fruitful and spread in all directions on the land that I give you. I will bless you and your children.
