Modern clinical medicine is based on the science of biochemical science physics and pharmacokinetics, but because the research object of clinical medicine is human, including human psychology, life and even social relations, we say that clinical medicine is a complex and comprehensive subject. Moreover, because its purpose is to treat diseases, diseases coming first and then the research diagnosis and treatment, its development usually happens after the appearance of disease. If "evolution" refers to the "inheritance through changes" of the species, it is a slow process of interaction between the organism and external conditions, then we think that it is reasonable to use the word evolution as a metaphor for the development of clinical medicine. In any case, as evolution makes human beings more and more adaptable, clinical medicine is also moving towards to the precision, wisdom and perfection.
