She had deep brown eyes that captured his soul. 

As much as he wanted to say, he knew he should go. But he couldn't move.

Just one more look, one little glance into those pools of sparkling chocolate. 

They were mesmerizing and he was powerless. 

Charlie Holiday could leave and go back to his probably-a-little-better-than-average life. 

Or he could stay and see what happened. 

She blinked.
