Good cop, bad cop is a well-known tactic for police officers, but for officer Joanna Kraig, the fine line between good and bad will become very thin.

Growing up in a poor neighborhood, Joanna and her childhood friend James Warner promised each other they were going to get out and beat the odds. But they drifted apart in high school after Joanna left for college.

Now back and ready to clean up the streets, Joanna finds herself going after the Free Vipers MC, a biker gang notorious for dabbling in the illegal drug trade.

But when Joanna sets up a raid against the Free Vipers, she never thought that she would be greeting an old friend from half a lifetime ago...
