Felty syndrome is a disorder that has rheuumatoid arthritis, an enlarged spleen, low white blood cell count, and repeated infections.
Felty syndrome is a consequence of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
The syndrome is made up of the triad of RA, neutropenia and splenomegaly.
Felty syndrome only happens in those patients with sero-positive RA
