Trent Ross and his band are having a rough time. His band needs a lead singer. Pronto. So when he hears a petite brunette singing karaoke at Starstruck, he knows he's found the perfect replacement. Her voice is a 10. Everything else? Well, they could work on the rest.

Isabelle McKay doesn't have any illusions about herself. She's a little too curvy, a little too short, and her fashion sense could use some serious work. So when gorgeous Trent approaches her about being in his band, her first impulse is to run in the other direction. But being in a band has always been her dream.
