The author tries to understand the differences in various methods of governance and through historical experiences he tries to convey the superiority of one method that is well above the others for a better social development. He goes through the reasons of nomadic domination on the sedentary people throughout history until the emergence of superiority of the scientific method and its implication in unifying the world into a one great democracy and why it could not be possible. The authors understanding of the past is applied to his reasoning of the present world and what the future holds for the people of this planet as determined by the vision of their political leadership and the application various world political systems.
