2015年，宁夏回族自治区人民政府外事（侨务、港澳事务）办公室认真贯彻落实中央大政方针及自治区党委政府要求，服务国家总体外交，服务自治区经济社会发展和中心工作，服务开放宁夏建设，加强外事管理，强化党管外事，拓展对外发展。全办干部职工充分发扬团结协作、艰苦奋斗和开拓创新的优良传统，坚持"以友城交流为纽带，以中阿博览会为平台，以项目合作为抓手，大力推进对外开放"的工作思路，不断提高服务国家总体外交和自治区经济社会发展的能力和水平，为宁夏深化改革、扩大开放和积极融入国家"一带一路"建设，构建多层次、宽领域的对外开放格局发挥了积极作用。为记载一年来的工作，特编辑出版《宁夏外事年鉴（2015）》一书。(In 2015, the Foreign Affairs (affairs concerning nationals living abroad as well as Hong Kong and Macao affairs) Office of the People's Government of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region conscientiously carried out and implemented fundamental policies of the CPC Central Committee as well as requirements of the Party Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, served the overall national diplomacy, the economic and social development and central tasks of the Autonomous Region as well as the construction of an open Ningxia, enhanced foreign affairs management, strengthened the management of foreign affairs by the Party, and expanded external development.Staff officers of the Foreign Affairs Office fully carried forward the fine tradition of solidarity and cooperation, arduous struggle as well as exploration and innovation, persisted in the working concept of "giving great impetus to opening to the outside world by taking the communication with sister cities as the link, China-Arab States Expo as the platform, and project cooperation as the driving force", constantly improved the capability and level in serving the overall national diplomacy as well as the economic and social development of the Autonomous Region, and played a positive role in deepening the reform of Ningxia, opening wider to the outside world, actively involving in the national construction of "One Belt and One Road" as well as building a multilevel and wide-ranging pattern of opening to the outside world.The 2015 Yearbook of Foreign Affairs of Ningxia has been edited and published in order to record the work done in 2015.)
