This year-long devotional starts at a point (A) and was created to help guide you to the next point in your journey (B). Your journey from A to B will likely not be a straight line, smooth and paved. It will circle issues more than once, you’ll take a few detours and even a few steps back. I pray you will trust God enough to know that while it might look like stagnation on the outside, you are actually going higher and deeper on the inside. Only in the Kingdom is that kind of directional trajectory possible! Your spiritual quest with God doesn't end in a year, but it is my hope that you will not finish the book (or the year!) at the same place. No matter where you are in life - if you're on the mountain or in the valley - the journey isn't over. Learning how to continuously press forward is one of the most powerful mindsets and motivation I hope to impart in this book.
