When we become chronically ill, it can be hard to know what to do. So, we flounder around trying to carry on as we did. But guess what if that doesn't work! You will get more and more tired and you will even feel more pain and fatigue.Therefore, the best course of action as a chronically ill person would be to educate yourself about your chronic illness and try to live the best possible life that you can within the limitations of your chronic illness.It's helpful to remember that chronic illness doesn't have to have us. We have a chronic illness. And chronic illness doesn't have to have an indelible power over us.
