This is a short read that covers my thoughts and observations pre heart attack and post heart attack/surgery. It details my thoughts on why I had a heart attack in the first place and what I have done to get around issues with bad reactions to medication. Conventional medicine had no answers for me and gave me no choice so this forced me to go down the alternative route. Some will say I am nuts and I agree the path I have taken is a dangerous one but when faced with a life without a digestive system a radical approach was needed. I have included internet searches that helped me make hard decisions but do not encourage anyone to make these same decisions without first doing a great deal of research and be absolutely comfortable with the decision they make.
