A playbook for lawyers, vendors, and others involved in commercial transactions in New Jersey. On June 13, 2013, New Jersey passed S2144 into law as P.L. 2013, c.65. The new law repeals and replace Chapters 1 and 7 of New Jersey's Uniform Commercial Code (NJUCC) and made significant revisions to Chapter 9. This book will cover these recent and extensive changes.
