Arcadia has chased the nefarious figure known as “Black Wolf” across Greece, Belize and Guatemala, and now she has one last lead that will take her across the ocean once more, this time to Egypt. Her villainous foe had arrogantly let his destination slip before escaping upon their last encounter, and this time Arcadia has some help from the most powerful man in the world.
Enlisting the help of her mother she contacts an old college professor; now the president elect of the United States. President Charles Thornton sees her to Egypt with the might of the American military in tow, ready to find a way to stop Black Wolf and make the world safe again. She knows this is her last chance to put him down for good, lest he go into hiding and wait for another chance to enact his plans to dominate the Earth. She’ll do anything to stop that from happening, even sacrifice herself.
