It narrates the whole story of Kuomintang government and the International Military Tribunal for the Far East judging Japanese war criminals after the victory of Anti-Japanese War. On the court, the wicked war criminals tried to escape punishment by various means. The war criminals, prosecutors, witnesses and lawyers fought a battle of wisdom and courage, leading to constant ups and downs in the trial. Through the trial, some of them were eventually punished, but some others escaped it. The book displays the history in a documentary style.）
