This eBook presents papers from the 17th International IGTE Symposium on Numerical Field Calculation in Electrical Engineering, which was held at Hotel Novapark Graz, Austria, from September 18 to September 21, 2016.The aim of the IGTE Symposium is to present and discuss recent developments in computational electromagnetics (low frequency as well as high frequency) and its practical application. Special emphasis is put on papers dealing with problems covering multi-physical aspects. Authors were also invited to submit papers coupling electromagnetic field calculation with optimization and/or reconstruction methods.
