Drawing inspiration from The Silmarillion, the Angelos Odyssey Archives are intended as an episodic series of literature centered around the world of the primary book series, Angelos Odyssey.The Archives tell the story of human civilization's struggle to survive in a world made hostile after the advent of a nuclear war. Through the eyes of one driven insane by the curse of immortality, the reader is told the epic tale of the battle against demons and different monstrous species as future nations start to flourish. The reader witnesses multiple political upheavals as the Age of Shoguns begins, and the accounts of those who built the Citadel to escape from permanent darkness is revealed.The Archives are the beginnings of something much greater. They establish a true background of the world of Angelos Odyssey and contain roots in the Ramayana, certain biblical stories, and the writings of Confucius.
