The Author is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Arbitrator and Certified Construction Auditor with over 40 years of experience in the construction field. He had the habit of working in the Middle East for a year, take a vacation for one year to rest with the family and then take another job. This cycle continued for about 20 years till he finally settled down in a prestigious Government establishment.
