After surviving a near fatal accident, a man starts getting a recurring dream of a terrorist attack on New York City using a nuclear weapon. He believes it's a premonition of an attack that will happen soon. He tries to warn the FBI about the impending attack but they don't believe him. They think he's having a mental breakdown and lock him up in a state mental hospital for a physiological examination. He knows the attack can happen at any time and desperately tries to convince the staff psychiatrist that he's not crazy.
