A 5,500 word short story
Things are going well for Sara and her new boyfriend—and coworker—Liam. They haven't had the 'exclusive' talk yet, but surely it's only a matter of time. Problem is, they have to keep the relationship under wraps due to a strict enforcement of the anti-fraternisation policy at their office.
When a meddling colleague sets Sara up on a blind date, she can't say no without spilling the beans and possibly getting both her and Liam fired. It doesn't mean anything—just a quick dinner with a potential new friend.
And Liam doesn't need to find out...right?
