Peace Has a Price is a story that describes the danger of rogue countries that have nuclear capabilities that are recognized by the three most powerful countries in world. The story details how ,lead by Paul O'Neill, the three countries working together would systematically eliminate the danger that the three rogue countries were capable of to the world.

The people of the world were educated that a nuclear war could be the end to all life on planet earth. A world nuclear disarmament agreement led by the United States, China and Russia was well under way. Within a year there should be no nuclear weapons in the world. There would never be starving children dying in their mother's arms.
Find out how the combined effort of the revitalized League of Nations working with various countries brought irrigation to arid countries after the nuclear danger was eliminated; the costly eradication of the nuclear threat seemed to awaken impoverished countries.
The Price of Peace was greatly rewarded with the millions of what was once dry wastelands into various countries growing crops large enough to export. Famine was basically eliminated; worldwide unemployment was the lowest in history.

A world with no nuclear weapons; no need for soup and bread lines; jobs were in abundance; no starving children. Peace was above and beyond worth the price.
