This is the final in the trilogy of my life and it has been a pleasure to write it for you the reader. This last book covers my recovery from all the things I have gone through and to being happy, healthy and fully recovered from mental illness and that I am proof evident it can be beaten. Do not believe what you are told seek the answers you are looking for and do not take no for an answer. Find the help that suits you and do not be put in a box of symptoms. Do not be treated like everyone else you are an individual and you should be treated as such and if you cant find the answer ask me because I will find it with you.
