This is a totally accurate first part of my book from the ages of 0-16 years old and the abuse I suffered at the hands of both my parents and a single predator. This is not a book for the faint hearted please do not read this book if you are under 18 as I would hate to think I had upset anyone or caused distress as it is very blunt and to the point. In the light of revelations in the media I thought it was time I told my story and I hope it helps. This is only from 0-16 years old before I joined the army and I am working on part 2 where my story goes down hill for many years but I will try to use humour so it is not too heavy on the reader.
