Ryokuto's annual sports festival is around the corner, and Kazuya's legendary speed (he's had plenty of practice running) has the whole school fighting to get him on a team. The brouhaha attracts a creepy character with plans to put Kazuya on the fast track to the Olympics...by nearly training him to death!
