《餐饮业标准与法规》(作者吴晶、钱峰)将国家发布实施的有关餐饮业的法律、法规、标准进行了系统的梳理。近年来,国家在食品安全保障方面出台的规范标准较多,涵盖了餐饮业行政管理、监督检查、宣传培训、检测检验、应急事件处理等,这些标准规范了餐饮业的方方面面,为餐饮业规范有序的生产提供了依据。为方便餐饮工作者查询、了解和掌握相关的标准、规定,全书对餐饮业法律、法规、标准进行了系统的分类。由于餐饮业和食品加工业、食品药品保健业等有共性和区别的地方,因此在收录这些法规、标准时,仅收录了与餐饮业相关联的法规、标准,对食品加工业等相关行业法律、法规、标准未收录在内。在国家出台有关的法律、法规、标准的同时,各省市及地方也相应出台了与餐饮业相关的条例标准,由于各地情况的差异,且内容较多,因此,本书仅收录了若干有代表性的地方条例标准。(Standards, Laws and Regulations of the Catering Industry (authors: Wu Jing; Qian Feng) systematically reexamines the laws, regulations and standards for the catering industry promulgated and enacted in China. To facilitate readers to look up, get to know and master related standards and regulations, the book systematically categorizes the laws, regulations and standards in the catering industry. As the catering industry has both commonalities with and differences from the food processing industry and the industry of food, drugs and health care products, this book includes only regulations and standards related to the catering industry, and excludes those related to other industries such as the food processing industry. At the same time the central government launched related laws, regulations and standards, local authorities also issued their versions of regulations and standards related to the catering industry. Due to local characteristics of different places which can become very lengthy, this book is restricted to some representative local regulations and standards.
