内容介绍:20世纪60年代,科学家们为了分离蛋白质、核酸等不易汽化的大分子物质,将气相色谱的理论和方法引入到经典液相色谱中,液相色谱理论的雏形诞生。在20世纪60年代末,科克兰教授等开发了世界上第一台高效液相色谱仪,开启了高效液相色谱的时代。1971年,科克兰等出版了《液相色谱的现代实践》一书,标志着高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的正式建立。此后,经过三十多年的发展,高效液相色谱已经成为科技工作者最为常用的分离和检测方法之一,在有机化学、生物化学、医学、药物开发与检测、化工、食品科学、环境监测、商品检验等各个领域都有广泛的应用。(Introduction of the content: in 1960s, scientists introduced gas chromatography theories and methods to classical liquid chromatography in order to separate large molecules such as proteins and nucleic acids that were not readily vaporized. The rudiment of the theory of liquid chromatography was created. In the late 1960s, Professor Kirkland developed the world's first high-performance liquid chromatography, which opened the era of high-performance liquid chromatography. In 1971, Kirkland published the book of "Modern Practice of Liquid Chromatograph", marking the formal establishment of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Since then, after more than thirty years of development, the high performance liquid chromatography has become one of the most commonly used methods for separation and detection by scientists and engineers, which is widely applied in fields of organic chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, drug development & testing, chemical, food science, environmental monitoring and commodity inspection.,)
