The introduction and the first four chapters explain the definition, category, species, distribution, classification, cultivation techniques and harvesting of aromatic plants; the fifth chapter introduces the cultivation techniques of some 60 kinds of common aromatic plants from the herbal, woody and lianoid perspectives, covering botanical characteristics, biological characteristics, cultivation techniques, harvesting, chemical composition and application; and the sixth chapter, based on the characteristics of aromatic plant cultivation, describes the experimental training on species identification, sowing and seedling techniques, cutting propagation, shaping pruning, volatile oil extraction, composition determination and other key technical links of aromatic plants. )
