It tells a hard course of how Wu Zetian, a peerless woman in Chinese history, uses extraordinary wisdom and courage, iron-and-blood means and power tactics to turn her into a queen from a maid in an imperial palace step by step through ruthless killings and struggles. This work portrays a soul that persists in her ideal and dream, and hard struggles between power and human nature. She is a combination of cruelty and pity, madness and calmness, loyalty and promiscuousness. She creates her own history and personally ends it. ）
