本书主编凌沛学教授现兼任山东省药学科学院院长、山东大学博士生导师，从事药物研发工作三十年，带领科研团队开发了眼科、骨科、皮肤科等多种新品种和新制剂。主审张天民教授从事药学研究六十余年，指导及参与多项新制剂研发及生产。其他编者都是从事制剂研究相关工作的专业人员。（The editor-in-chief of this book is Professor Ling Peixue, also president of Shandong Academy of Pharmacy, doctoral supervisor of Shandong University.
