Did she make love to a zombie?

How could that even be possible?

If she did, could she bear a zombie baby?

This wasn't how it was when she was younger. She would watch zombie movies with her dad. Her dad always laughed and told her if anyone couldn't escape from a zombie, they deserved to die.

It was true. Susan always found it comical when people would run away at break neck speed and the camera would show zombies with their arms flailing about and barely able to walk. The zombies would groan and it was impossible to figure out what they were saying.

The victim would run and continue to look behind them and, when they inevitably fell, the zombie would somehow be there to attack.

But you knew immediately when you saw a zombie what it was.

That's the way it should be. You could look and tell immediately who was a zombie. A white pale face with blood dripping from their mouth and a limp that would make Chester from the old Gunsmoke show proud was a dead giveaway.

What the hell changed? Now that she knew they were real, she wondered why they couldn't just be like the zombies of old?

And why did they want her dead?

There was no doubt in her mind that if they were, she wouldn't have fallen in love with one of them and certainly would not have had sex with him.

Who the hell falls in love with a zombie?
