Rosie's eatery The Breakfast Nook is thrust deep into the spotlight when a man "bites the biscuit" after eating there.

Spring Valley, Pennsylvania is usually a quiet town. When two men die at two different restaurants over the course of two days, Rosie starts to wonder if something sinister is at hand. With her business on the line, Rosie and her nosy mom dig deep to find answers before it's too late. Can she out-waffle the killer and solve the case? Or will buttering up potential suspects only get her into more trouble?
