Daria dreams to settle in the United States to win the position in society and achieve her own personal happiness.

Together with a friend, she got recruited for work in the rich American home. Girlfriends, deceived by a recruiter, find themselves in a position of servants in families of recent immigrants from the Soviet Union. Energetic and talented Daria overcomes obstacles and by hard work achieves her goal.
