Welcome to my latest non-fiction work dedicated to poetry. I have a routine. Every night about a half hour to an hour prior to bed, I will sit in the dark with music playing softly in the background. During this time, I just let my mind wander. Sometimes my mind is a complete blank. Most times, thoughts flitter in and out so quickly, I cannot catch them. Other times, the words are so strong, the voices so loud, there is no denying them. I must set them free. The poems in this book are the words and voices set free. As they were born during my nightly routine, I have named this work Nocturnal Musings.
